what was, and is to come.
To be confident, yet with humility. This is my desire. Way too many insecurities, not enough faith. To know that I was created in the image of God and to know that I am loved. To be independent, but dependent on God. To be secured in God, and to always acknowledge that no matter what happens… it was just another opportunity to grow and to learn— A blessing in disguise. I no longer want to be the person that I am/was… but rather become the person whom was created by God and for God. I cannot get there alone. Lord, I need you. Jesus, take the wheel.
Psalm 139:13-14
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.
Philippians 4:4-7
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
